I grew up thinking that love was something temporary. I had learned from books, songs, movies, from my family and friends, that when love ends you have to mourn a little. Also, that when it’s about to start it has to be prepared as a party is prepared. And as long as it lasts you have to be happy. But then you realize that love is not what you were taught. It’s messy, wonderful, eternal if you will, exaggerated, theatrical, humiliating, awesome. And nothing else.
